It is also an inhibitor of serine proteases, such as HIV protease and papain. 1H-Pyrazole-3-Boronic Acid can be modified with a variety of functional groups to produce a lead compound for drug development. The compound has two isomers: 1H and 3H. The 3H isomer is not commercially available, but it can be produced by diazotization of 1H.
